Is it really stainless steel?
I'm not entirely sure if it's stainless steel. It looks more like it has been electroplated with chrome. Not necessarily bad, but maybe not real advertising either. Otherwise well made, good weight, no rough edges for food to get stuck in and the slightly longer handle gives more leverage when beating meat.
