When I first got them, I tried them on straight away. I'm 5 feet tall (small) and weigh 150 pounds. My legs are fat so I ordered a big one. Wrist guards and elbow guards fit perfectly. However, the knee pads looked too big. But when I tried them on I found that this is my size because there wasn't excessive sagging. The medium would be too small. I like that they can be worn on the sleeve or just on the straps. In the photo they are only attached. I like the sleeve version too, but I only wear it with straps because of heavy sweating. Anyway, I've fallen into these pads several times and it doesn't hurt at all! While it's a little chunky, I would definitely recommend this product, especially for the price. Avoid overspending on branded pads that are likely identical to these.
