Packaging could have been better. 2 struts and 2 shock absorbers in factory boxes in a large box. There was some movement and sliding, but no damage to parts, just boxes. The struts slotted in fairly easily, it just took a bit for the driver's side bolts to fully align. The old struts and shock absorbers were 9 years old and had 85,000 miles on them. When I compared the old to the new, I saw a big difference. When I squeezed the old one, they stretched out like barley along their entire length, and nobody could do anything. So far I've driven about 50 miles with new struts and shock absorbers and now it drives like a new car. I have no more noise. I have read many other reviews on durability and as with most products there will be some bad ones. For the price I couldn't beat it. October, I get a rebate on a rear shock + Revain points and points from another card cost me $10 out of pocket plus a control arm link which costs $15. So if they last 75,000 miles I'll be very happy.
