Good Trip. in Shock absorber

What has changed since I drove my wife's Hyundai Accent sedan? This car has rear shock absorbers and front struts. Simply adding shock absorbers to replace the worn out originals made a nice improvement.

Pros
  • Shock absorber
Cons
  • There are doubts

Much cheaper than going to an auto parts store :-)

Much cheaper than going to an auto parts store to buy the exact same thing. Since I replaced the worn out struts, my car is now running great. They were easy to replace, nothing special. Save money and buy parts from Revain, you won't regret it.

Pros
  • Powertrains
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Big improvement in drivability.

Packaging could have been better. 2 struts and 2 shock absorbers in factory boxes in a large box. There was some movement and sliding, but no damage to parts, just boxes. The struts slotted in fairly easily, it just took a bit for the driver's side bolts to fully align. The old struts and shock absorbers were 9 years old and had 85,000 miles on them. When I compared the old to the new, I saw a big difference. When I squeezed the old one, they stretched out like barley along their entire length,

Pros
  • Shock and vibration protection
Cons
  • Can't remember
