Received not what is shown in the photo and ordered.
It doesn't matter if the coffee mug is in good condition or not if the sample doesn't match the order. The whole point of ordering such an item is the mood printed on the mug. The photo on the general Revain page of this item, as well as my actual order and receipt page, was printed mug for a very different mood than what I received. I got the mug for Father's Day and now I can't get the mug I actually ordered for my elderly MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY. Very unhappy.
