Pleasantly surprised.

I was nervous that taking a full dose would give me indigestion and a strong basil flavor, so I started at half dose. When that was fine, I found taking full dose caused me no trouble at all. If I take it on an empty stomach the taste might be mild, but not every time. Taking it with food, it is undetectable. For those looking at this as part of an ayurvedic approach to body cleansing, it seems to do exactly what it's supposed to do. I am able to take it in conjunction with Golden Root without having exacerbated effects.
