Update: I wanted to update my previous review below and add a few stars just for the excellent customer service. Despite my dissatisfaction with the product itself, I have to give credit to the seller. A CS rep contacted me shortly after my review to see if there was anything they could do to fix the issue. I just replied to their email when I received a full refund on my account without having to return the product. To me, this is just top notch CS and something all sellers should strive for. While I may not have been happy with the product itself, I will definitely buy from this seller again and recommend it to others. I bought these to hold together sections of small folding wire garden fences. Every 6 inch tie I've tried doesn't snag or hold at all and some black ones just snapped in half even though they weren't tight. I'd rather pay more for a higher quality item that doesn't end up in the trash.
