Seems very effective as far as I can tell. We rely heavily on enzyme-based cleaners (we have four cats and there are more accidents and accidents than we care to like), but we've never tried this brand. After a particularly bad incident involving cat pee and clothes, I decided to give it a try as the price was quite reasonable. I soaked where I could see cat pee on the item, then soaked the whole thing in a bucket of this product diluted with water before washing it in the washing machine with a small amount of it in the bleach dispenser. Everything smells fresh and clean - I love the smell of this product - and my rather sensitive nose doesn't pick up the smell of urine. I was also very happy to find something at a great price in such a dispenser; I usually end up buying gallon jugs, but this was a lot easier to control and not waste product.
