I bought this to take camping - I liked that it didn't require me to buy batteries for the rare occasion we may use it, and that it came with a car adapter all for a reasonable cost. Mine arrived very quickly and I put it to the test (because I don't want to get to the campsite and find that I can't inflate our air mattress). I'm disappointed by how slowly it filled our very small air mattress, but then I considered what I paid for it and couldn't really complain. I then used it to deflate the air mattress which was significantly faster - and as I folded that air mattress up into a tiny stack, I couldn't help but be grateful - it will make packing up our air mattresses much easier as it did a great job deflating.All in all - in this case, I'd say that I got what I paid for. A budget buy that does what it says but with no pizazz or speed.
