Review on SafeGuard Document Destruction by Victor Kakaruk

The service is efficient if you send in more than one document at once to be destroyed - it will process them very quickly; however we haven't had any issues with that so far! They also offer shredding services which I am interested - but they have not announced those yet (as far as i know). You receive an email when their team has arrived within 5-10 minutes after sending documents/emails requesting information from customers or partners about what's needed for the record disposal project. Customer support was responsive during our contact via live chat - even though it only lasted around 15 mins until midnight Eastern US time zone :) This really helped me get things handled faster since my colleagues were out late working overtime due to the pandemic situation. The service is quick and easy. The service is convenient and well priced. There is a little bit of a wait time while you are processing the documents. It's not a big deal, but it is worth noting. The staff is friendly and professional. We are using SafeGuard to destroy documents that we no longer need to protect our organization's confidential information. SafeGuard has been a great experience so far. We are satisfied with the service we are receiving.
