I purchased this faucet back in May 2021. The "hands free" feature worked great for 2 months then the sensor quit working. I changed the batteries with new batteries twice. Still no "hands free" feature. There were very poor instructions with the unit and the customer support contact information is only: Grace2899812792@163.com. Probably a back store Chinese email if it even a real email address. I've emailed this stupid address 3 times with NO response. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
