Review on 👽 Alienware m17 R4 Gaming Laptop (Latest Model) - Intel i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 3060, Windows 10 - Lunar Light by Matthew Sytniak

I got the m15 r4 a few weeks ago and have used it a bit since then. A couple of times during the gaming session, the computer closed the game. Just suddenly out. No idea what happened or if it's a potentially more serious problem. The second issue is that just tonight my keyboard wasn't backlit or responsive to typing. I restarted and it did nothing. I closed the lid for 15 minutes and when I opened it again the keyboard worked as usual. Is this a potential problem in the future? I don't know whether to keep them or send them back. Maybe someone can answer these questions. Apart from these two things, the computer is very fast. In League of Legends it runs at 200+ fps. Tapping on it is very comfortable and opening various applications is smooth. Thanks very much!
