This is a great tool for Halloween

We can't say for sure if it will work on grooming a horse. But for what we use it for, it works very well for very little money. This is great for processing styrofoam into Halloween props. This helps create the illusion of weathered stone when combined with other techniques. However, be aware. This will make a real mess when you burst into foam. It is useful to have a workshop vacuum cleaner on hand.
