Review on πŸ–₯️ Obobb Computer Cooling Heatsink Cooler by Chris Moody

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Works but not useful for me

I took these two heatsinks for two different M.2 SSDs. But I don't feel any help to lower the temperature. I first installed an SSD with no thermal pad (because one of the heatsinks can't have all 4 screws. This also causes my table to have a cross when removing the heatsink.) I use software to verify that it's about 58Β° C is Before installation, the radiator is below 58℃. After that, the temperature is about 56℃. Since another component in my computer has failed, I need to remove it from the motherboard to check other components. I'm checking manually and I think it's around 5XC. (Just a manual check, no thermometer.) Below are my ideas, possibly wrong. I think the fan power is not enough to blow out the heat. And the display increases heat. This makes the SSD hotter than without a heat sink (SSD shell?). I think if the ventilation is good enough. This can lower the temperature. If I set all fans to the highest level, the temperature drops. (except the fan on the radiator of the water cooler which has 3pcs 120mm on the top, 1pcs 120mm on the back and two of these cooler fans. There is a water cooler with 4 fans on the front). So maybe it's my problem with ventilation. But if ventilation is good enough, why do I need these two things? To me, these two things are useless.
