The best thing about this app was that it helped us track our orders throughout every step of production process (from planting seeds all the way till delivery).

It also allowed me do see my customers' data as well which I thought could be helpful for future communication if needed! Also they have some really good customer support who are always willing help you no matter what time or day its during weekdays etc etc!! Sometimes when i had issues regarding tracking order status sometimes there wouldnt even show any progress bar at times so thats not very nice but overall service has been pretty great especially considering how new platform these guys were working under. Well honestly nothing too much dislike apart maybe minor glitches here ndthere like having trouble accessing certain tabs once logged out though rest works just fine.
