This is a great product in every way except one. The two lids supplied cannot be cleaned properly. I drink tea with ice from a glass all day. Liquid gets under the latch on one lid and under the flip top on the other and I can't get them off, try as I might. I haven't put them in the dishwasher yet. I've tried soaking them in lemon juice and white vinegar and that helps but doesn't make them shiny. My stomach turns at the thought of drinking from a mug with a dirty, contaminated lid. Pooh. I tried using a lid from one of my other 30oz. Containers (from various manufacturers) that do not fit into this opening. I would like to return this for a refund. I have other containers that work great and are easy to clean. I would use this product if I could get a replacement cap that fits and is easy to clean. What a waste.
