This is just what I need to pack multiple 3.5" WD Blue or Black (bare) SATA drives in anti-static bags. They are Backup copies and are kept in a locker and/or locker where space is limited, the thinner the better By placing the discs (in bags) between a pair of trimmed polymer binder covers By placing the PCB sides to ride in Inside they offered all the protection I need for storage on top of the stack in the above situations without any unwanted bulk. The orange color of the yum yum life jacket immediately reminds me that they are being stored when packing or storing fragile/valuable cargo Opening boxes.One criticism is that they don't have a hard case and therefore not a solid protection for on the go, IMHO fair enough.If I need a shockproof, dustproof and waterproof If I need real protection for a portable HD, the Pelican polycarbonate case is an affordable route I'm going to take. (I use 104 transparent top 0 for my phone on the water.)
