I've tried a few of those cheap Android devices and settled on this one because of the upgraded RAM. Unfortunately, it's still very sluggish, taking almost 45 seconds to load. loses the channel, but that's normal, don't expect superior sound quality. The navigation comes preloaded with maps, but lags about 15 seconds behind as if you've already turned before it tells you. Bluetooth works, but is also finicky. Hands-free calls are responsive and include an external microphone, mine didn't work. Overall it's not bad, just average. I would suggest spending a little more and getting a better quality device to avoid disappointment.
