I bought this for my V-strom and initially had trouble holding it. I almost threw it in the trash, and then I decided to educate myself on how to use it. Yes! I installed it wrong. I raise it up like I'm supposed to and lower it and lo and behold, it really works! It's a simple little device that holds the throttle in place with slight friction to give your right hand a little breathing room. It won't take 10 minutes but it usually takes me about 1 minute from time to time to straighten my arm and get the blood flowing back into my arm. It works at a fraction of the cost of other products.
