Just received my mop and double bucket on 12/02/2020. These are my first thoughts and I'll update them later after a few uses. OCD, 50-year-old male. The quality and thickness of the bucket seems excellent, and the quality of the manufacturer! I've read in other reviews that the plastic cover (where the mop rotates) won't come open and won't remove underneath. I didn't like the idea of not cleaning underneath where dirty water might collect. There are plastic clips holding it in place and I pulled really hard and managed to get the cover off. And that's great, because now I can clean the bucket better. I also noticed that the mop handle doesn't seem very long. I'm 5'10" and wish the mop handle was a little longer. But I'll use it and let you know if it's still a problem or not. I've used my foot as shown in the manual and it's a lot simpler.my only concern is that the locking mechanism is plastic and can wear out over time.I will update this with you later to be clear.its really good quality but time will tell.I love it "that they gave 4 mop heads so I have a few to use or wash and always have an extra spare. I also like the idea of a pump sprayer. So I can have a heavy duty bottle cleaner for stubborn stains. So far I like this mop and. Bucket very, also I find the mop handle a bit short. If not I'll change it to 5 stars. 👍😉
