I am EXTREMELY sensitive to odors and my skin reacts to almost everything. I have to be very careful with the products I use. The plastic wrap around this soap was actually disgusting. I wonder what could have gotten into the soap. I bought this soap locally and it's the only soap I can use. Usually it is wrapped in a paper sleeve. Soap is no problem at all. Love it. But plastic packaging negates the benefits of soap. It's getting harder and harder to find in paper packaging. I have never written a review but the packaging of this soap was disgusting.
