Good stuff but as far as I can tell it's primarily a cleaner. With all Howard products, it's difficult to say exactly what they're designed for. Having used a few of these I think I can offer this advice (and forgive me if you've already read this - I've posted it in the reviews of both products): - Orange oil is primarily a cleanser. It oozes into unfinished or worn wood, but I imagine the shine fades fairly quickly. Feed-N-Wax clearly has some beeswax mixed in (it's thick) and I think it's perfect for waxing furniture. *I think Feed-N-Wax is a good solution for floors unless you're willing to update the finish regularly. The beeswax is too soft. And that doesn't apply to factory hardwood floors at all. If your floors weren't sanded and sanded after installation, this isn't a great solution to update the finish - you'll need to look for something acrylic or resin based. However, I am confused that they are promoting Feed-N-Wax as a flooring solution. We use Feed-N-Wax on our floors, but only after adding Carnauba Wax (available here at Revain). It's a bit tricky - you have to heat the carnauba flakes in a water bath and then mix them with enough orange oil/fodder wax to dissolve them. You'll be surprised at how much oil it takes (the carnauba will want to set if there isn't enough oil). But after that, the wax becomes much stronger. Ideal for any horizontal surface and no more slippery than beeswax on the floor. We ended up buying a gallon of orange oil, a gallon of Feed-N-Wax, and a pound of carnauba flakes. To do this, we mix them as needed. We also grow furniture, architectural elements, picture frames. They call it. Everything looks great. it looks shiny for about 24 hours until the orange oil has evaporated, but the shine or shimmer that remains (it's not that much glitter and definitely not glitter) is really deep and beautiful. Very organic and natural, both externally and in essence. And it really hides light scratches and adds depth to the wood. I would like to add that it is also very easy to use and mostly reliable. My wife started asking me to use it on a variety of furniture and it can be a beautiful, relaxing process, unlike many finishing/polishing materials. Because it's such a soft finish, it needs regular reapplying in high-traffic areas, but since it's fun, it doesn't really bother you. Incidentally, the company also appears to be behind the Touch of Oranges and Touch of Beeswax brands. They include promotional material for these products with each box.
