I'm giving the product three stars because I like the look of it quite a bit. So I ordered it, installed it, and found that the pop up, when depressed, didn't hold back the water as intended. I thought maybe it was a fluke and I got one with a bad seal. I re-ordered and the second one did the exact same thing, leaked when depressed.and not a slow leak, I mean it was leaking. I had previously ordered a KES faucet which is beautiful. I've yet to test it with water lines attached as I need to get the drain installed first. Sorry KES, I love the faucet (hopefully it'll work just fine) but can't delay my bath remodel waiting to figure out why this drain won't work. Won't be re-ordering.
