Review on Contemporary Abstract Area Rug: Home Dynamix Catalina Picasso, 19.6 in x 31.5 in, Black/Brown - Find the Perfect Addition for Your Home Décor by Mike Swanson

I was hesitant to order such a large rug for my small apartment but I really hate my rug and wanted to cover it up as best as possible. And I'm so glad I ordered it! When I first saw it rolled up I was worried it wouldn't fit, but it fits perfectly. I used to have a smaller beige rug in my living room and it was so bland and didn't add anything to my living room, especially since my rug is already beige. I wanted something that would contrast with my light pine furniture and this rug nailed it! The carpet is so soft and I feel so good barefoot! Due to the small apartment I have to have my computer/workstation in the living room (I have a computer cabinet in the corner which you can see in the picture I attach). I have a plastic mat to protect the mat from chair wheels. I was concerned that the carpet might be too thick for the floor mat and that my chair would uncomfortably roll back and forth, but there was no problem at all. Despite my initial concerns that it was too big, it fits perfectly and I'm so glad I bought a larger rug! I like it! Update (02/21/2016): I recently moved to a bigger apartment and the new carpet still fits perfectly in my living room under my new furniture (see picture). I get so many reviews for this rug and everyone wants to know where I got it from! My new little cat loves it so much that she tries to eat corners, a habit I'm working on getting rid of! So happy with this purchase. This is an original, beautiful and high quality rug!
