Review on HannahZone by Dru Labrado

I recently had the displeasure of making a purchase from HannahZone, and wow, was it an adventure! To begin, their website reads like a complex maze. It took me a long time to track down what I needed, and even then I wasn't entirely confident that I had located it. It was just as difficult to understand how to check out. My entire order was deleted after I made the mistake of adding two products to my cart and then trying to remove one. That meant I had to go back to square one. After completing the checkout procedure, I was sent a confirmation email that offered zero insight into the status of my purchase. When my orders did come, they were completely different from what I had anticipated. The garments were badly manufactured and appeared inexpensive, and the shoes were so uncomfortable that I removed them after only 10 minutes. And I won't even begin to talk about the jewelry. The hula hoop-sized earrings I ordered were ridiculous. I tried to contact customer support to express my dissatisfaction, but they didn't respond. There has been no reaction to my emails or phone calls. They might as well have vanished off the face of the planet. In general, HannahZone is not something I would suggest to anyone. Unless, of course, you want your friends to make fun of your clothes.
