Review on Moen BP3786CH Kyvos Collection Chrome Hand Towel Ring: Sleek and Modern Bathroom Accessory by Ruby Thomas

I bought this particular Moen product because of the style which is different from your typical bathroom towel rails and TP (bought them too). Installation is fairly easy and straightforward, the latch is actually flat (helps with a few installs but mostly with a bath towel which I also bought) which is fine for other uses. Like others, I am disappointed with the hollow back. To make them, of course, you have to save on materials, but I expected more from Moen. All my plumbing and brackets (almost all fittings) are Moen so I won't change that, but it would be better if the back wasn't hollow. I think the scraping sound when removing the towel (worse with the TP holder) could have been avoided if the backrest had been strong. It's not the easiest of towels either, as it sticks when you pull it out. Could be a little bigger and handier. It comes off very easily as you don't always pull immediately when you pick up the towel so I often had to tighten them. However, I recommend them for the modern style, just a nice change from typical TPs, hand holders and bath towels.
