UPDATED REVIEW AFTER 18 Months:My overall review below stands, with one caveat: I'm not impressed with the battery life. See video attached. For this kind of expense, I'd want to see it last through at least an 8-hour day without getting too dim to be useful, and once you notice it dimming, the rest goes downhill fast.Overall I like it a LOT. I was a little afraid it was going to be too big or too heavy. It's neither.I like the fact that I can USB charge it. Most of our tools are becoming that way, so it's nice to put it in the truck on the ride home and have it fully charged again before I need it.The light has multiple brightness options, but it's well designed. When I first turned it on I had to cycle from Hi, Medium, Low, off. I thought it was always going to be that way, but it's not. It's just if you cycle it quickly. When I turn it on to use it, I can click it once for high, use it for however long I need, and when I click it again it's off. That's a REALLY nice way to setup the switch. Having multiple brightness options is nice, but I hate lights where I have to cycle though all of them.If you want to use the motion sensor, hold the power button for 3 seconds and it will turn on when you flash in front of it and off if you do it again. You can basically turn your head rapidly and engage/disengage the light. Another great feature.The power button is on the top left - easy to find. It's nice that it's not too small and too hard to depress wearing gloves.If there were ONE thing stopping me from giving it a full 5 stars, it would be the clips that secure it to the hard hat. They're not very reliable, but really, that's ok. Everyone just zip-ties them to their hard hat anyway and I've got no issue doing that as well.Really good purchase! A dollar against a pickle says my team has all ordered them within a month!
