The best skewers on the market if you can sharpen them
I got them for a special grilled kebab I made for a client. The flat design allows indexing every 90 degrees without rotation. This is by far the best build quality in terms of blade material, handle design and handle finish that I have seen on the market. The only downside is that the dots are stamped a bit crudely, and while they'll probably work, I wouldn't want to use them as is. It took me 2 minutes to sharpen them on the needle with a grinder.
