I never write reviews. Seriously and most of my purchases come from Best Buy (I should be better about this). But this product? Just wow. I love it. I've used it for the past 3 nights since I've received it and I'm still amazed. This thing finds all my knots and makes them hurt so good. I'm a huge fan of deep tissue massages, especially ones that really dig into my back and this does not disappoint. If you find it a little painful (the bad kind) then change the switch to the opposite one you have it on (either 1 or 2). They change directions which is nice because this matters on your back and neck. My husband was skeptical when I got out but my in laws came over and tried it out, convincing them to buy one of their own and convincing my husband to try it. He was impressed and that's hard to do.You will not be disappointed.
