Bought a waterdrop filter (model 15UA) for my kitchen sink and had it professionally installed. Month worked fine, but after that the water pressure started to drop. The water pressure continued to decrease until it was almost a drop. At that time three months had passed and I had to remove the filter. Note. I have another company's water filter for my fridge and it lasts longer than the instructions say and doesn't affect the water pressure. .I contacted Waterdrop via email and never received a reply. I will never buy Waterdrop products again.
