I love this fireplace! However, when we received it, it made a clicking noise that was really annoying (see video). If this happens to you, I know how to fix it! Lay the chimney on its back on the floor and unscrew the bottom plate. Turn on the fireplace to determine where the clicking is coming from. There are two rotating reflectors and in our case one of the reflectors hit some kind of plastic that held it in place (like a zip tie) - see attached photo. Unplug the chimney and simply cut off anything touching the bottom or sides, then replace the panel.
