they have been working fine for about two weeks now

when stretched they were too long to snap onto the stands. I had to build a lever system to squeeze them together about 1/2 inch to install them. They cannot be squeezed by hand. Otherwise they have been working flawlessly for about two weeks. At 05' suburb.
