I installed it on my cutter and ran the blade from end to end. Then he put it aside until needed. Now when using it in a project it has been found that it does not provide a good base for the blade and cannot cut a straight line. The material is different than the original I see. The blade is not seated properly and cannot move straight. Is it just a generic thing made to fit into your life but not working properly at all? Please send a "matte" that works correctly or say you have everything for this purpose. need an answer. The machine always cuts precisely. :(
