I have had this product on my water butt for 8 months now and it has been a solid purchase. I needed something to replace the part that attaches the bushing to the bottom of the barrel and this was perfect for that. I watched a video on how to feed it through the barrel and into the little hole it needs to get to. In short, the video shows how to stretch fishing line down from the hole at the top (lid) of the barrel and tie something "heavy" like a nut or washer to the fishing line so you can grab it with your finger through a small hole. Then all you have to do is attach this connector to the fishing line and send it down the hole.
