Good advice, but the gear provided is rubbish.
The tip was as expected and looks good, it includes a clip but I was unable to tighten it enough to fit snugly into my 3" exhaust pipe on my 2020 F150. When I tried to remove it, its bolt got stuck in the yoke and I had to throw it away. I used a 3" stainless steel clamp that had lying around in the garage and was able to tighten it to fit my exhaust pipe snugly. Overall I'm happy for the price. I painted it black before installing it so I can't say how long the chrome finish will last.
