Only Holds 4 Cups - Storage and Organization

As others have said, the bottom tier is useless. It should be advertised as a 4 cup holder as there is no way to hang cups on the bottom two hooks. I even tried smaller tea cups on the bottom and they didn't fit either. I'm glad I only paid $10 for it (I got what I paid for and will pay more for better quality in the future) because it's pretty much useless since I had to fit 6 cups. Mine was also a bit bent and I had to bend it to make it sit flat and straight.
