Even heat distribution over the entire surface. The heating is quick and controlled. Cleaning by hand is effortless and leaves no burn marks. A simple dishwashing detergent and a light scrub. Rinse, dry and store! Deglazing in this pan is just as good as regular stainless steel. To say I'm impressed with this pot and LOLYKITCH in general would be an understatement! The pots and pans manufactured by this company clearly fall into the PROSUMER category, which means that they are suitable for both domestic and professional commercial kitchens.
