You wouldn't believe twisted flat tires get stuck on the rim and fit snugly. Not correct! The kit includes a rubber gasket that covers the spoke set screws, hoses, tires, and an installation tool that I didn't use. I found that once the seal and tube were in place, it was easier to mount the tire with a zip tie to hold the tire where the air shaft goes through the rim. Simply pull the stem tight by the brim, wrap another zip tie around the stem to hold it in place, and fill the tube with some air. Work around the rim while pressing the other half of the tire down. It's easier to work with the hoop with a tie (works like a third hand). Cut the connecting rod holding the tire and inflate it with air. Then cut off the rod that holds the connecting rod. They look and perform like the original tires on my wife's beach cruiser.
