I can't comment on the functionality of this item as I felt uncomfortable using it as it looked 'strange'. It seemed used or poorly protected. Hard installation so I didn't risk using it. These sensors are so fragile. To be on the safe side, be very careful when handling sensors. Be sure to inspect this part, as well as all other parts of the vehicle, for any obvious visual problems. As a rule, the installation, especially on this part (remove the intake manifold plus), is very time-consuming and laborious. My Mazda 3 has two temperature sensors, the other is easy to install but this one is a pain. Be ready
