I use this conditioner on my own hair even though it's made for children. I have fine wavy/curly hair 2 B/C above my shoulders. I needed a conditioner that would moisturize my hair well and not weigh it down. I use "natural" products (no sulfates or silicones) due to a reaction I've had to a standard hair product in the past and I've found that my curls love the wonderful ingredients in this conditioner! This is my Holy Grail product! I have tried many conditioners for fine hair and most of them rob my hair of moisture and make it frizzy. Lightweight and moisturizing, it's an all-round winner. I'm a fan and a shopper for life!
