Made in Japan, Perfect Fit TOYOYA RAV4 2003 2.0L (2001-2003)

{ITEM} Denso 673-1307 Ignition Coil Attached Images (LINKS eBay Made in USA FAILED, RIGHTAZ Made in JAPON) {REVIEW) } We have a TOYOTA RAV4 from 2003. Bought it new at the end of 2002. We had no problems with our SUV until it had 80,000 miles when the ECU failed and Toyota fixed it free of charge until the time of the recall. Ignition coils are expensive and like many people I wanted to find cheaper alternatives. eBay was the source to find the lowest price you can get for these ignition coils. I'm buying a set of 4 for $136, that's $34 for a roll and the eBay seller says they're from Toyota vehicles that have been serviced but are still in great condition. Well I have replaced the original ignition coil on my Toyota RAV4 at 160,000 miles and also replaced the original spark plug with a new Denso (3297) SK20R11 Iridium spark plug, all in MAY 2014. So far it seems that after these replacements it is still works better. But then came the end of DECEMBER 2015 and I noticed that one of the ignition coils I bought on eBay started making noises like there was too much sparking. So I decided that this time I would order directly from AMAZON (cheaper than in a car dealership). I just replaced all 4 ignition coils, this time I noticed that the ones I got on eBay were made in the USA (sorry but they don't last long) and these new ones from AMAZON are MADE IN JAPAN. At 219,000 miles I had to replace US made Denso coils from eBay with Japanese made Denso coils from AMAZON. That means the other coil only lasted 59,000 miles. To my surprise, these eBay Denso ignition coils are actually defective but still work. This also causes my Denso (3297) SK20R11 Iridium spark plug to wear out faster. See attached pictures. So I replaced Denso SK20R11 Spark Plus with Bosch (7957) FR8DCX+ Super Plus spark plug). Revain lists a recommended gap of 0.44 as it is NOT a PRE-GAP. But the Toyota service manual says the gap is 0.43. So I also buy this Lisle 67870 Spark Plug Gauge Gap and Gap Bosch up to 0.43 for my TOYOTA RAV4 2003 2.0L. After installing all this, it will take some time for the car to automatically correct the changes in the computer's ECU and you will find that your car is running rough. Just let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then drive around the block (stop and go) then drive FWY at 55 mph for about 5 minutes and the car will read all the new settings with new coils and spark plugs. { CONCLUSION } DON'T DO THIS, DO NOT buy on eBay or Craigslist. I have and I regret it. Of course I saved some money, but now I had to replace them with what I should have bought in the first place. Buy it from AMAZON, brand new and sealed, MADE in JAPAN (not USA). My Toyota RAV4 runs smoothly and responds quickly. 219,000 miles on pure synthetic engine oil has not had a single problem since day one.
