I bought this because car compatibility said it would work on my 2020 Mercedes GLC which it doesn't. I have several USB-C to USB-C cables but none of them work with it. I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp and was advised to buy a USB-C to USB-C adapter from them as the amperage/voltage of the cables I have must be wrong. I'll buy their cable to prove it works, but it's still poor engineering on their part. I connected a 10" USB-A cable to their standard adapter and turned it on. I'm willing to bet it's a technical issue on their part and they blame themselves to avoid problems. I'll double check after getting a cable from them that they happen to NOT sell on Revain.
