Not worth it, the original old school bulb is better
See reviews with a large dark spot in the center. I should have listened. It's not possible to get rid of the dark spot in the center without modification like you can with an old lamp or a new Maglite. This lamp is a disappointment as it is from the manufacturer and not the aftermarket.
