Excellent heater for water turtles

Excellent heater for our turtle. She loves lying on it and it won't burn her. Very accurate. The only downside to this is that the heater itself is very thin glass and when you take it apart to clean it (we have very hard water) if you just smack it on the sink it shatters. I'm just not going to take it apart and clean it with a soft toothbrush. But the heater is great!
