I am very impressed with how well these mugs keep my cold drinks cold and my hot drinks warm. I keep a glass of ice water on my bedside table while I sleep. Prior to purchasing Zonegrace I poured my ice water into my Yeti and no complaints the water was still cold in the morning. But now with my Zonegrace mug, I wake up after 8-10 hours with cold water and ice in my mug. My Yeti never did (and for the cost of my ONE Yeti I was able to buy those SIX packs of Zonegrace). I was so impressed I bought this multi pack so every member of my family would have one. My daughter says it keeps the tea at the ideal temperature and allows my husband to enjoy his coffee before work instead of having to rush it before it reaches room temperature. I bought some vinyl sheets to use with my Cricut and really want to try putting names and pictures on the sides of the mugs. I'm so glad I stumbled across them, they make great gifts for anyone and for all occasions. LOVE that they include metal straws AND straw brushes for each mug - another reason these mugs make the perfect gift!
