I like that you can do almost anything without having to go through an IT department. It's user friendly! You don't have to worry about how many updates are coming out or if it will break something else down the road because they tend not to update as frequently as other companies. There aren't any downsides at this point in time. If there were we'd be more open minded to try new things and look into alternatives. The biggest thing would be having multiple users who could access one account from various devices so people can work together efficiently while also being able to see what each person has been up too when working remotely. We're solving issues with our fleet by using the system to track data such as engine hours, fuel usage, etc. This helps us know exactly where our boats are and their status which helps me make better.
