This is closer to a 4.5 star rating. I got half a star for removing two screws (which was negligible because there are 100 of them!) before I found the right size Phillips screwdriver. Once I found the right size screwdriver bit, the screws worked fine. This can be a problem for those who only have one or two different sized screwdrivers. It's only been 2 weeks but so far so good, no signs of rust. Very happy with my purchase because I needed a lot of external screws. The price of these many stainless steel screws is hard to beat.
- EASY TO USE: These screws can be driven into softwood and plywood without drilling a pilot hole. Pre-drilling is still recommended for hardwood. Use stainless steel screws for plastic, fiberglass, deck or wood panels.
