Strong Wood Screws for Tough Jobs

The industrial and scientific grade stainless steel wood screws I received are precisely what I needed for my project. Based on my experience with these screws, I can confidently say that they are incredibly strong and have a fantastic grip when screwed into wood. The screws have a sharp point that makes them easy to insert, and the flat countersunk head ensures that they sit flush with the wood surface. The one downside I experienced was that the screws were a bit pricey, but they are ofโ€ฆ

"Self-tapping " does NOT mean it will work with metal.

I saw "self tapping screw" in the description and assumed it was for wood to metal fastening. Everything I've tried has broken off the head, even with a pilot hole. May work fine as written "for wood fixing" in the fine print.

Great offer! Would buy again. Can be removed if a suitable screwdriver is not used.

This is closer to a 4.5 star rating. I got half a star for removing two screws (which was negligible because there are 100 of them!) before I found the right size Phillips screwdriver. Once I found the right size screwdriver bit, the screws worked fine. This can be a problem for those who only have one or two different sized screwdrivers. It's only been 2 weeks but so far so good, no signs of rust. Very happy with my purchase because I needed a lot of external screws. The price of these manyโ€ฆ
