I was disappointed to see the actual size of this mirror in person despite knowing the actual diameter. The term "regulated" is a little misleading. The mirror is built into a plastic frame at a slight angle. It is fixed with double-sided adhesive tape, which is included in the kit. So 'adjust' just means you can choose which direction works best for your viewing angle. once. I think if you just want to put it on your side mirror and forget about it, this is perfect for you. I was hoping it would be adjustable and readjustable. I haven't tried attaching it to anything so can't comment on the adhesive. But there are many reviewers who say that it melts and falls off very easily with a gooey mass. Mine wasn't scratched, although many others claim they were. On the other hand, it was so cheap that I'm not even inclined to return it.
