Figured out how to use the new Asus with

Customer Service 5 stars. I read that this drive should work with Windows 10 but it wouldn't connect to my new Asus laptop. At first I was upset. Luckily, Rooful's customer support team solves all the problems that many people have. I used this feature and less than 24 hours after requesting help, I received a response with instructions on how to fix my issue. It was quick and easy. Works great now, plug and play as it should be. Thank you Rüful! Also the silver one looks like it came with my laptop, it's elegant and classy.
